OUR SOCIAL VALUE POLICY
Building Better Futures, Enriching Lives

At the beginning of an engagement, we will work to identify relevant stakeholders and delivery partners necessary for the delivery of social value benefits to the local community as agreed with our clients. We will ensure that all parties understand the measures and actions.

Tackling Economic Inequality:

We are happy to partner with social mobility charities and organisations, and local Schools to offer pro-bono hours to help across a selection of priorities we can help with.

Once a contract is signed with a client, we offer local individuals from underprivileged backgrounds intensive training on technology fundamentals. We aim to help them with knowledge that should help them get a job in the technology industry. This improves social mobility, helps address the UK skills gap, and tackles inequality in employment.

Our team undertake pro-bona work with local organisations to include:

  • Coaching - interview and source candidates

  • Helping to advertise effectively

  • Free searches and shortlists for hard-to-hire requirements

  • Lunch and learn sessions on themes linked to the client programme

Fighting Climate Change:

As an organisation we have committed to be carbon zero on scope 1 and 2 direct emissions by 2028 and scope 3 by 2035. We partnered with Investigo Limited for our ESG commitments are underway through project commitments as agreed with the Clients..

Example initiatives include participating in:

  • Season ticket loans

  • Trees for cities – partnership with the independent charity focused entirely on planting urban trees.

  • Paperless policy

Equal Opportunities:

Our approach to DEI is based on four main pillars. Each is overseen by a dedicated expert panel, sponsored by our senior management team:

•  Disability and Neurodiversity

•  Gender Equality

•  Organisational Pride

•  Race and Religion

As part of our policy, we have a focus on upskilling our consultants; for instance, identifying and eliminating bias and being aware of the Equality Act.

Wellbeing:

We meet periodically and proactively as part of delivery commitments to clients, to discuss initiatives, key topics and events such as Mental Health Awareness Week where clients agree to host events with us. Our supply chain partners make reasonable adjustments throughout the process and adhere to our Health and Safety Policy.
